Well, Error 21 usually means you're in recovery mode and not DFU mode, but you say in the post you're in Pwned DFU mode. Have a couple of questions for you:

    1) What iOS revision is the phone currently running?
    2) What iOS revision are you attempting to restore?
    3) Are you attempting to restore a custom firmware or a stock firmware?
    4) What tool were you using to enter pwned DFU mode?

Let me know and that should help me help you.

You should be able to pull the currently running version of iOS from something like TinyUmbrella or f0recast, though the other information f0recast provides should be ignored. Let me know and I'll see what we can come up with!

Last but not least, do you have any SHSH on file? I noticed in the log that it looked like the custom firmware you were restoring was pre-stitched with the SHSH files, but figured I would ask just to make sure. Last but not least, have you tried using PwnageTool to create the custom firmware vs. sn0wbreeze? I can appreciate you may not have a mac, but the first thing I would do to troubleshoot is switch to PwnageTool to create the custom IPSW.

Error 21 usually indicates that you're attempting to restore a custom firmware in either Recovery / DFU mode, but not Pwned DFU mode, but your initial post says you have attempted to restore using pwned DFU. Were you attempting to restore the custom firmware then or the standard firmware? Did you attempt to restore the custom firmware in pwned DFU mode?

If you can't restore a stock firmware in DFU mode, there is likely something wrong with the phone -- if pwned DFU mode doesn't work with a pwned ipsw that you have an SHSH on file for the version of iOS, then you should attempt to do a standard restore to 5.0.1. If that fails, copy the log from that failure and we will review -- it looks like the log you posted previously failed because it was a custom firmware being restored in Recovery mode, which won't work -- but a log from a failed standard restore would really help.
