Default iPad 6.15 baseband - erased all content & settings without a saved SHSH

Ive sort of got this problem.... What happened was I jailbroke my phone a while ago, then decided a wanted to sell it so tried taking it off but whilst doing that it wouldnt update, eventually got it working and got it unlocked to use on any network. But the other day ive went to erase all data and media and then all of a sudden my phone just goes off then stays on the apple start up screen. As if this wasnt bad enough the apple changed to a skull (I wasnt seeing things) its now in recovery mode but it wont restore at all it gets to near the end then stops saying error 1015. Im trying to update/restore to 4.3 on my 3gs. Ive tried deleting itunes restarting my computer, using another computer, different cables and nothing seems to be working but I cant seem to get it out of recovery mode either. Please help its driving me insane. I have no warranty on the phone so no chance of taking it to apple either for a replacement

You have 6.15 baseband version. This version of baseband has NEVER shipped with any iPhone OS

It shipped only on the iPad OS

Either you or someone else has deliberately loaded this baseband version on your iPhone. Most likely trying to unlock it with ultrasn0w

The techniques to restore your OS when your phone runs the 6.15 baseband have been documented in a sticky thread here at hackint0sh.

Its funny you should say that could this be related any way to getting my phone unlocked? I got it done last week and it worked ok but I never really used it tbh, one thing I did notice was that there were two new apps loader and cydia and my phone when I did use ran very slow and kept freezing a lot. Is there any way to fix it just I need a phone and dont want to have to buy a new one unless I really need to

    Thanks

if you got someone to unlock your phone, then they could have definitely upgraded your baseband as this is currently required to unlock some basebands.

This is a one-way process, you cannot downgrade your baseband. Whoever did this unlock for you should have also educated you that you simply cannot restore your phone normally now. They should have also saved a SHSH for 4.2.1 (as a week ago, this was possible)

I understand you are "not good at this sort of stuff" but you must understand that you posted in a thread that had little actual relevance to your specific (self created) problem. This is called thread-jacking. To avoid further irritating people who actually want to discuss the original topic, I've moved your posts to their own thread.

From what I can determine from your restore log, you have made this even worse by attempting to restore iOS 4.3 on your device, so.. now unless you have a 4.2.1 SHSH saved (you still haven't tried to check with TinyUmbrella if you do actually have this) then you are probably limited to a tethered jailbreak of iOS 4.3.

If you are absolutely sure that the "shop" didn't inform you about the "restrictions" on restore/upgrade after they "unlocked" your phone, then you may have a legal right to demand they replace your phone with one that actually works. I'd at least try that approach with the shop.
