how to upgrade iPhone 3GS BB 05.13.04 iOS 4.1 boot6.4_M3S2 newBR without saved SHSHs?

Hello,
I have iPhone 3GS which was on BB 5.16.05 locked to Bell operator.
So I needed to unlock it and I downgraded to iPad BaseBand and then to BB 5.13.04 now running on iOS 4.1
it has bootloader 6.4_M3S2 newBootRoom model MC132
Since no new apps can be installed on iOS 4.1, I need to upgrade to 4.3 or better to 5.1.1, but that seems to be a problem:
I tried it with the latest redsn0w, but cydia seems to not have saved my SHSH blobs, I tried to find them even with iFaith, but it also says there are only SHSH for iOS 4.1 and 6.0GM, it is the same with tinyumbrella.

Please help me with this, how can I upgrade successfuly with unlock?

I also tried app ISHSHIT in iPhone but that also gives me SHSHs only for 4.1 and 6.0GM
iOS 6.0 would be great if it was full version with availibility of jailbreak and unlock.
I still don't know what to do with it, please help

Well, no. It seems we have no other option than wait until iOS 6.0 is jailbroken and unlocked, because apple is now signing only 4.1 and 6.0 and we dont have SHSHs saved for other iOS
