Exclamation HELP, my iphone won't restore.

I think i put it in DFU mode while it was connected to itunes, and now it won't restore. It will act like it's going to finish restoring, then it will tell me an error (29) occurred. Itunes and firmware are both up to date. I tried restoring it because it kept shutting off randomly every few minutes, also my wifi doesn't work.. it shows it as grayed out with "no wifi". I don't know if maybe the two are connected? I am out of options, i've only had it for about two weeks! I can still take it to at&t on the 30 day warranty.. but either way I was hoping I could get it fixed, any ideas? thanks,.

29 is normally battery related, but until you post your restore log - I can't give you a more detailed answer.

When you say you put it into DFU mode while you were connecting to iTunes, do you mean you forced DFU mode while iTunes was restoring the phone? If so then you probably have bricked the phone.

My suggestion - take it back to Apple (not AT&T if you can help it) and get it replaced under warranty. If it is less than 14 days after purchase you are entitled to get a new phone as replacement. More than 14 days they will give you a refurbished phone as replacement (or maybe a new one if they don't have any refurbished phones in stock)
