Default Easier access to iBEC, iBSS

I've been dicking around with my new iPhone 3GS.

Maybe this has been known for sometime, but the information from the DevTeam blog says to look in /tmp. It's much easier to snag them out of:
    /Users/[username]/Library/Caches/Cleanup\ At\ Startup/iPhone\ Temporary\ Files.noindex/Firmware/dfu

The iBEC and iBSS files are right there, nothing else.

The "Cleanup at Startup" folder and all subfolders are removed by iTunes when the iPhone is restarting after a Restore.

to see if they are the right ones grab the ones during a restore and those then compare the md5 checksums to see if they are the same

Currently it should work on iOS 4.x - 6.x

I kind of know iBEC & iBSS is for future unlock.

Can some one explain where and how to get these iBEC & iBSS files on Windows PC? Where can u get the Grabber? Windows or Mac?

Hope not a dumb questions to ask.
