It's failing right at the end - could be an intermittent transfer issue.
Try again, try a different computer or usb port or cable might help.
Otherwise, you need to try and find out if you have a 4.3.3 SHSH blob saved.

The 1015 error is normal/OK it's because the iOS 5 beta loaded baseband 05.16.05 and the 4.3.5 IPSW is trying to downgrade to baseband 05.16.02 (which is impossible and throws an error)
It's hard to exit recovery mode after the 1015 error.
The only tool that can bypass it is the FixRecovery utility, just keep on trying it (with different computers) until you get it working.

I don't understand what you are trying to suggest here. It is IMPOSSIBLE to dowgrade the baseband on a 3GS

it also shows "AND: Installation failed due to format mismatch oe uninitialised NAND AND: Please reboot with reformatting enabled"
and at the bottom it shows "Error no successful firmware download after 60000 ms!! Giving up..."

Well try and see if you have a valid pre-4.3.4 SHSH blob that is your only other option...

Yes you can restore back to iOS 5b5 - but I don't know how that will help you in your goal of downgrading to iOS 4.3.5
