Cydia SHSH on file question
Hello!
I 've got my iPhone 3Gs at 3.1.2 (new iboot) on 02/13. That same day I jailbroke it and selected the 'Make my life easier' option on Cydia. For a certain reason, I had to upgrade to 3.1.3 and now I want to downgrade. So I want to know:
Since Apple stopped signing 3.1.2 firmware on 02/04, Cydia can't save the 3.1.2 SHSH blobs after that date?

Yes that is 100% correct. Any requests after that date will only receive 3.1.3 SHSH. What OS you are running on the phone when you request a SHSH via Cydia is unimportant.
