I'd like to know if there's a possible (and currently working) way to buy an iPhone from Apple or ATT.

I tried the SSN trick of all 1's and 141's, and 9's and they don't seem to work, and I am really interested on buying one; I dont mind having to pay the monthly fee, I just want to get one, and I don't have an SSN. I'm an exchange student,
