    Default Bricked iPhone New Bootrom

As the title says, I have a bricked iPhone 3gs that uses the new bootrom. I foolishly was watching a youtube video thinking that it was the right steps to follow, not realizing about the quit bit about the new/old boot rom and I thought I would be okay. Unfortunately, I was not okay. When the phone rebooted, it became bricked. I was able to kick it out of being bricked, but now I'm on this infinite loop of restarting and it keeps asking me to plug it into itunes. I'm not sure what to do from there.

So, I have ios 5.0.1 with baseband 6.15.00. My issue is it reboots and stays stuck on connect to itunes and repeats the process all over again.

I just want my phone to work again. This is my first iphone as of this night.

Did you try a DFU restore?

Yes. At first it was stuck at a rebooting apple logo until I did a DFU restore with custom firmware. Now it acts like I'm setting up a new phone (Which is alright). I go through the process of selecting my language etc., select "Do not use location services" (Or something to that extent), and then get the plug into iTunes section. The phone stays on for about 2 minutes before rebooting itself and the process starts all over again.
