Do a couple searches around to familiarize yourself with the terminology -- what you've just posted makes absolutely no sense.

I'm assuming you have a 3GS and you want to unlock it to work on a non-standard carrier. If this is correct, we'll need the following information:

    1) What firmware revision you are on (3.1.2/3.1.3)
    2) What your baseband revision is (search the forum if you don't know how to find out)
    3) What the fourth and fifth numbers in your S/N are -OR- what your iBoot revision is / bootrom version
    4) Whether you have an SHSH on file with 3.1.2

Let me know all of that, and I can go from there.
The preceding forum post has been brought to you by the letter "N" and the number 42.

    iPhone 4, 32GB (iOS 6.1.2 | evasi0n | SHSH: 4.0 - 6.1.2)
    iPad 2 3G, 64GB (iOS 6.1.2 | evasi0n
    |
    SHSH: 4.3 & 4.3.3 - 6.1)

Firmware ist 3.1.2,Baseband 5.11, Bootrom new (tethered jailbreak), no SHSH on 3.1.2 (bought new 04.2010).
I had a tethered jailbreak (blackra1n) und unlocked (blacksnow).
Now 3gs will not start (bootloop).
I've read about this "preventing baseband upgrade "to 3.1.3, but i have no sim of bell.can - which i need to activate the Ihone before i jailbreake it with spirit....

There are various causes and solutions for the bootloop problem. One is related to a blacksn0w bug and can be fixed.

You are better off first trying to fix this at 3.1.2 instead of restoring to partial 3.1.3 and using spirit.

Are you 100% sure you need to try this last ditch solution.

It is ONLY if you have already run spirit on top of an already jailbroken 3.1.2 3GS.

Can't help you with a sim card though sorry. Can't you order a prepaid one on their website?
