I have a 3gs running jailbroken 4.1 with ipad baseband for ultrasn0w, and I want to update to 4.3.3 jailbreak but I dont have a signature for that firmware.

I was under the impression that you can restore a custom 4.3.3 without needing the shsh but correct me if im wrong. I have tried restoring it but always fails - im using pwnd dfu mode btw.

Is there a way for me to restore the cfw 4.3.3 to this phone?

No. You need an SHSH on the iPhone 3GS to restore any 4.x firmware. Only the iPhone 3G with a pwned LLB can bypass the SHSH requirement entirely.
