Can anyone please help?

I have Gs3 that was 1.3.1 with 05.12.1 (AT&T). I tried to flash it but whilst it started up in the Cydia wallpaper and a bar like thing (I think it was trying to update via internet) anyway did not update as could not connect to the internet,. I guess the internet on the phone must of been switched off.
I was stuck on that screen for ages so i disconnected from the PC and then the phone would not switch on. I tried to restore it via itunes and nothing. then i upgraded it to ios4 which worked but now stuck on Emergency calls only. And also i keep gettig error 3194. I dont have my shsh saved. Is there anything i can do? Please help.
