I'm from UAE, I can get the Iphone only from the tele company which sells it for 816 $ excluding other services charges !!!!!!!!
it is factory unlocked but they tie our hands with a contract for 2 years

I want to buy one which is factory unlocked for the reasonable price which is i think 300 either through the internet or from the US coz i have a friend who lives there

can you guide me plz ???

I don't think you can get a factory unlocked iPhone for 300. Chek eBay and the Flea Market here. Good luck
