that is such a stupid question...... first of all, pwnagetool is for MAC, and quickpwn is for windows and mac.
    only quickpwn handles 2.1
so there is nothing else u can use............

Is there a risk to get lock an factory unlocked iphone 3g by jailbreaking? Or if I do a full restore (DFU mode and stuff) can I get it locked or the locking is done from a lower level (closer to the hardware) that you can't affect with software rewriting.

dude, there is no way that you could ever lock an internationally unlocked iphone, since the NOR has no data written in it......... just use Quickpwn whic hdoes the jailbreak without reinstalling the OS and be done with it.............

    Got it!
What about if I screw something and I need to get in DFU mode to make a clean full reinstall?

Maybe my questions look doll but I have to chose if it's better to get an unlocked one.

Int unlocked iPhones stay unlocked. If you use Quickpwn to jailbreak it, nothing will harm the iPhone. A restore in iTunes will bring it back to factory default.
If you brick start/sleep, Home and USB connection you are screwed anyway
