I have iphone 2g still running 1.1.4 JB / UL with old school customize and have been too lazy to upgrade.

I want to get a 3G Iphone for the Bluetooth ADP transmission of music.

How much am I looking at in US $ to get my hands on a contract free Iphone 3G? And how do I go about doing it? When I bought my iphone 2g I just walked in to an apple store, bought one, took it home, and hactivated it... any way around this whole signing a contract, then canceling a contract B.S.?
