    Not enough details for us to help you.

    It's either:

    You aren't properly hacktivated or wildcard activated.

    Wrong version of ultrasn0w or installed ultrasn0w from a non official source.

    Hardware problem (phone or sim card)

    Phone is imei blacklisted (stolen/reported lost/fraud/defaulted on contract)

    Your carrier doesn't support the 3G frequencies that the iPhone operates on - disable 3G and Use edge (only really applies to t-mobile in the USA)
