Yes. If you have a factory unlocked iPhone or one with a legit contract, check here:

first of all, thanks for your help!
I have a locked phone from mobinil (vers. 2.2).
In the instructions of the tutorial is written that I won't have a chance in future to unlock the phone if I use Quickpwn. What does this mean? Is it not possible at all to unlock the phone in future?
Because it could be possible that I want to unlock the phone later. Now I don't need it, but perhaps later.

You are already at firmware 2.2 with the actual baseband. Plus you are a legit user. The note in the tutorial is only for users currently still at firmware <=2.1 and not having any contract, not using the phone now and waiting for the unlock from the dev team.

The baseband of your iPhone is already upgraded so the upcoming unlock from the dev team wont work. But you dont need the unlock cause you are a legit user.

Last not least, die modified locationd for making GPS working only works for firmware 2.2, so.

Just go ahead and have fun ;-)

One more to add to this. The upcoming unlock for 3g iPhones up to firmware 2.1 wont be the last one we will se from the dev team, I guess.

for now, you already beeing at firmware 2.2 you have a go.

In the dev-Team Blog is written following:
GOLDEN RULE: If you have a 3G iPhone and want potential soft unlock in the near future do NOT use QuickPwn, and do not use the official ipsw or the iTunes update process without using PwnageTool.

I don't understand. Is the PwnageTool not only for Mac?
    Because you wrote before:
"Cause you are talking about PwnageTool, you are probably on a Mac, right?"

So if the PwnageTool is only for Mac how can I use it with Quickpwn as described from the dev-team?

    Way to go mellervin,
Why don't you compile file for FW 2.1. Its very important to be on the safe side.
