Default SAM for hacktivate and unlocking 3G with BB 05.14.02

This my precious experience after mistake using redsn0w 9.6b1 for Jaibreaking iOS 4.1. I got BB 05.14.02 and my Bootloader is 6.4 version not 5.08.
I cannot unlock it using Ultrasn0w and I wont take risk upgrading to 06.15.00 because it's not possible downgrading using Fuzziband and there is problem with GPS in this version.
I've tried installed SAM and SAMref throudg cydia.
My sim card bar always display "searching", it seems i should set up manual in SAM,
one step to prove it that I cannot find it ?
HOW TO RECOGNIZE/RETRIEVE MY IMSI NUMBER ( NOT IMEI NO. ), does somebody knows how to get it ?

SAM requires that ultrasn0w can unlock your phone. Unfortunatly ultrasn0w cannot unlock that baseband. Right now, your only options are to upgrade to 6.15 baseband or sell the iPhone.

OK, I've tried one more time. Let's ignore the unlocking. I read carefully from bingner site instruction.

    Troubleshooting
    Hacktivated with redsn0w or PwnageTool:
Option #1: Click "Revert Lockdownd to Stock" in Settings>SAM
Option #2: redsn0w for iPhone 3G or 3GS on firmware 4.0 or later
    1. Download redsn0w 0.9.6b6 or later from Dev-Team Blog
    2. Run redsn0w and select the "Deactivate" option
Option #3: my custom stockify program - works on any phone 3.0+ (same as #1)
    1. With SAM and SAMPrefs installed; install openssh and secure shell into your phone. Run "stockify" and it will revert your lockdownd to a stock lockdownd
    2. Reboot your phone

Now, I got stockification failure even I do the 3rd option. What must i do ?

Can you give more details? Supposedly, there are some cases where SAM can't detect which carrier your iPhone is originally locked to.

    @Olethros : I mean, after install both SAM, I use redsn0w with option 1 ---> failed, option 2 : fail than option 3 : also same (FAIL)

    But, Aha.....
I don't need SAM for activating with iTunes. I just Let the Flight Mode on after Jailbreak, Than ....... I can access my iPhone than restore the back up data.

Is there any different between hacktivating using SAM and Flight Mode on?

Have you updated your baseband to 6.15? That is the only way that SAM will work in your specific case. You must have ultrasn0w installed and you must have a baseband that ultrasn0w can unlock. Then you must remove any hacktivation patches to lockdownd.

SAM does not hacktivate, it tricks Apple into thinking that you are able to legitimately unlock.
