reloading baseband manually
is there a way to reload the baseband manually like we could with the 2g using bbupdater??
i think my baseband got screwed up somehow and itunes wont fix it
I have found this on a different forum and can confirm it works very well:
Open up notepad and copy the following code into it.
launchctl unload /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist
launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist
save it as ResetComm, make sure it does not have the .txt part at the end
Now ssh into your iphone and go to /Application/BossPrefs.app/services and copy the file into it.
EDIT: Now I realize that it probably does not solve your issue, sorry, I didn't read your post carefully
Now restart your phone and launch bossprefs
you will now see a new toggle called ResetComm
