Release date of 2.1 firmware?

I've only heard that it's coming but haven't heard any release date. Does anyone know?
I was thinking if might be coming next week along with the presentation of the new iPods, but I might have imagined it.

I read it might be coming next Tuesday. The same day Apple are announcing their new iPod Nano and Touch.

Guess it's in iTunes 8 which was released. It can be downloaded from Apple's site.
