Default Is this a real unlock + sprint+ verizon+ tmobile

hi i was looking around on youtube is there is an unlock and i found this video
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p04kOfUMugc

i also know that sprint is on CDMA network where as att , tmobile,(sim cards) are on GSM, is this real or a hoax.

and it says go here to unlock it
    http://iphone3gupdates.com/unlock.htm

also it might be a fake since the person who is recording sounds the same but on different user names.

First off that's the original iPhone, not the iPhone 3G.

Second off, they are all jailbroken so I'd say it's just MIM running a fake carrier name.

Edit: Sorry, the images are the og iPhone. The video is not, but I still think it's MIM. Even though he calls Sprint.

You cannot use Sprint or Verizon with the iPhone. It's totally different technologies. You would need some kind of emulation or something that's way beyond what I know.

More importantly, the link on the website redirects to some payed-per-click site, looks like he's just trying to get gulible people to click on his links and make some spare cash.

Plus I've never heard of -any- phone working on a CDMA network when it was built on GSM, and vice-versa.

Well actually I've seen people put some kind of "adapters" inside their CDMA handsets and use GSM simcards in them. But not the other way round...
