quick question for jailbreaking
hey guys,
quick question on jailbreaking the 3g.
if i jailbreak an AT&T 3g can i still use an O2 sim card in it?
i remember that the 1st gen could use other iphone providers' sim cards when jailbroken.
thanks

one important note stressed on these forums: jailbreak is NOT THE SAME as unlock.
jailbreak == install unauthorized apps (make it mine, itextuploader, cydia, installer, etc.)
unlock == use with any carrier (USA iphone can use t-mobile, o2, vodafone, etc.)
currently, the iphone 3g cannot be unlocked, but can be jailbroken.

Good point. This is an interesting reading about it: [ALL MEMBERS] Jailbreak is not Activate is not Unlock
