I have an iPhone 3G with 4.2.1 iOS
I did my first jailbreak last month with redsn0w 0.9.6b4

I looked around quite a while last night for this and couldn't find anything.
Is there a way to get rid of the shadow that fades upwards from the bottom of the screen.
I'd like to go form this...

to this...(I still want the time and date at top just lose the shadow)


I have iPhone Explorer installed if I need to transfer some file in or edit a file.

any help would be appreciated
