*problem* numbers instead of signal bars
Hey people, now, I've got a jailbroken 3g running 2.2.
Unlocked with yellowsnow.
The problem is that I have got numbers instead of signal bars, and I can change between bars and numbers. But I just want to have bars and never numbers. What can I do to solve this problem? To get rid of the numbers.

When I want to make my own operator name with make it mine app it just goes back to numbers next to the name I made in make it mine.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

I'm not sure what settings add-on you are using, but I'm using Supreme Preferences. With that I can change the setting by going into Settings -> Supreme Preference -> Status Bar -> then turn Cellular Bars off. That will leave it on bars. Turning it back on will let you switch between the two.

Well, I solved it, I had to reset all settings and then it disappeared. It had something to do with the field test mode. Anyways, problem solved.

Yep, those numbers always show up when you start the hidden app field test.

I'm glad you found a resolution to the matter.
Personally I like the numbers. It is a better indicator than the bars. Our bars seem to lie about our reception.
