Is the iPhone1,2_2.2.1_5H11_Custom_Restore.ipsw ok to use ?
Will it keep me on the 2.28 baseband ?

Anyway, are they ok to use ? I know iPhonefix is a regular member here, so that`s why I posted.

Shade.sh has been a member here for alone time so I wouldn't think you would have any problems trusting his firmware

Anyone tried his firmware version ?

I know this question has been asked a million times, BUT I need someone to steer me in the right direction to obtain a custom ipsw bundle for the new 2.2.1 firmware that keeps the 02.28.00 modem firmware.

I also know that you CAN NOT post any custom firmware bundles on the site, BUT if someone can private message me a link or a bit torrent site were I can aquire one that would be GREAT!
