Hay. kindly tell me how I can install java app in my 3g.thanks

Java is not natively supported on the iPhone (same story as flash - slow, buggy, non native - ugly)

An unoffocial port of java was available under 1.1.x OS but does not appear to have been updated for OS 3.x and won't work.

Give up on java - it is never going to be a runtime for iOS
