[Iphone 3g][Problem] Can not restore, stuck in recovery

I am also having same i unlocked and jailbroken, when i try to upgrade and try to restore i got stuck.

More details please. What iOS version did you restore to? Do you have a 3G iPhone, did you load the iPad baseband to enable unlock? If so - see http://www.hackint0sh.org/f204/19639...htm#post674471

Hi Guys, i have an iPhone 3g 8gb, and i guess it's stuck on DFU mode, it's just on black screen, if i connect to iTunes, it asks to restore.
ok, nice....trying to restore, it stucks like 75% of that white bar...i already tried in a lot of computers, lot of versions of iTunes, and i don't know what to do anymore.

some advice?

Please publish your failed iPhone restore log(s) or we can't help you.

Mac or Windows?
Have you tried taking it off DFU by holding both power and home buttons till the apple logo comes up?

i have problem with my iphone 3gs when i try to restore.i follow all the above steps for DFU MODE.But still i cannot restore my iphone.
1.itunes version : 10.4.1.10
2.iphone version os : 4.2.1
3.windowsx64
4.OS version: windows 7
5. every time when restoring the firmware its stop and i have error code 1002
6.the iphone update log file : YourPaste - For your paste! - iphone restore failed

You appear to be threadjacking - a quick search for you error 1002 would have thrown up plenty of legitimate threads that explained this is a hardware issue - you need to get the device replaced (hope it's still under warranty).

I won't answer any further questions regarding this issue in this thread (in a hope of getting the thread back on track)

I obtained a 3G with no known history stuck in recovery. Each time I try to recover to ios 4.2.1 either in recovery or DFU it stops at the grey progress bar on the iphone and gives error 28. I know this is probably some sort of hardware error but is it possible to say exactly what?
