How to change Cydia Logo on Springboard?

My Cydia "logo" on the springboard has become corrupt and is showing some other app that I deleted instead of the Cydia logo.

I want to manually re-upload the correct .png but I don't know where it is stored in the iPhone file system. I had a browse but I couldn't figure it out.

If anyone could tell me where to locate the png for Cydia so I can replace it manually that would be great!

Also if there is an easier way to correct that then please also let me know!
