The guys have said they'd like to break the chain of command sooner in the boot process maybe they have found a way to do that :)
maybe we'll see a full fledged baseband rewrite soon
Seriously, in my opinion, not been an expert in that matter, leaving the baseband intact is the best and safest way to go
"nothing near usable."
yea plus if it becomes like the 2g solution, apple will probably give up on baseband updates
i know this is in regards to the touch but im wondering, as others might be, does anyone know or think that this problem might be applied to the iphone in future updates by apple. Ive been an iphone user and never owned a touch so if anyone has insight on this and can shed some light that would be awesome.
