3G fw 2.2.1 otb, baseband 2.30.03 unlock???

Hi guys.
i bought a brand new, 2.2.1. this iPhone is activated for comcel and works perfectly (colombia). i´m living in chile. so i need to unlock the phone for any carrier, any body knows how can i resolve this problem, any clue will be apreciated

Sorry, baseband 02.30.03 cant be unlocked as of now.
