Hey. I'm quite new to all this and just need a bit of help sorting out a 3G iPhone.

I used redsnow to jailbreak it, then ultrasnow app to unlock it using firmware 3.0. when i finished, i tried different sim cards and they all worked, (could make phone calls and what not).

So i presumed it had all worked. However when i put a vodafone sim card in although it did connect to the network OK and it could make phone calls i am having difficulty using the actual 3G service.

Have i made a schoolboy error? Really need to fix this!!
