I use Picture Safe from the app store. it is 1.99 $ and allows to move pics from camera/album into a passwort protected area. Plus you can access the photos and manage them on your Mac/PC via Wi-Fi/Webbrowser - very cool.

Sorry I forgot to mention that it does not protect Apples app.

If your iphone is jailbroken, the best and easiest to use app is called LockDown.You can install it from Cydia. Its free and you can use it to password-protect any app you have on your iphone. So you can have a password screen show up for your photos, sms and your emails etc.

Lock down is now installed on sms and photos..jailbroken iphones are a must...apple should jailbreak your phone for free...thats what you call customer service lol
