would this delete everything ? I have important stuff in my iPhone, i wouldn't mind installing quickpwn again, but theres just some stuff in my phone that i would want to keep. Also, is there a way i can browse the iPhone for Cydia applications and remove the "Itunes app patch" i downloaded, that seemed to cause this problem ? thanks.

Is this my only option ? If so, does the backup on iTunes backup the Cydia programs as well ? ie: cycorder stuff ?
