Default [iPhone 3G] [2.0.1] iPhone needs to cool down?

Anyone else get this on their 3G yet

I was streaming Sirius via 3G for about 30 minutes. It shuts down all services and acts as if it's not activated. You get the "Slide for emergency."

About 10 minutes later it cooled down but required a reboot to regain service.

Well dono if it is the case; but the last day i was reading some reports that mentioned that someone reported an over heat system in the 3G so that it reached somehow a high temperature and the phone melted a bit from the back side part.

Again i dono if the incident is a real or a fake and yet dono if it is same case.
