iphone 3g wont restore

ok i have a 2g and the phone just wont restore i tryed a million times and no luck it finish but itunes get stuck on waiting for iphone. and i also tried in a diffrent computer same thing.

anybody has an idea

anyone know how to put the phone in dfu when the phone is stuck on recovery?

Shut it down by holding Home and Start/Sleep until the screen goes blank, let go of buttons then. Get into DFU mode then as usual.

ok got it indo dfu but still nothing phone gets stuck
and itunes says waiting for iphone.

Not to be rude, but if its a 2G you're in the wrong forum to start with. Not a big deal I guess since the steps are the same for both 3G and 2G.

you don't provide what you see on the screen. SO, we can't assist you further. (for example: error (?), filmware you are in? ...what method did you try?)..etc...
