Just a heads up.

Sent my UK iPhone3G back to Apple for a repair (busted sim tray). They sent me back a whole new phone.

Instead of the UK model number listed on their site which I sent to them. They sent me back an American model (number) phone.

This also has the CE and FCC marks just like the UK one had - which seems to reason that they are shipping one phone to the whole of the world. This would ring true as the box and literature that comes with the phone, no longer contains references to AT&T or O2 UK like the first generation phones did.

I'm not trying to make a point - just abit of an FYI
