hi there - i've been to the shopping-center «manor» in winterthur yesterday - and they sell iPhones without any contract whatsoever, they even seem to have iPhones on stock. basically good news - bad news is, they sell them for 1199.- CHF for the 16 gb version...

glad i already got one - prepaid for 619.-, working on my own sim now.

I was thinking about selling my white 16GB Iphone 3G, it's from swisscom.
I bought it on 11th July without contract but then I've found it available in Italy too, so I bought one in Milan and I can use it both when in Lugano and both in Italy.
so I have one swisscom locked if any of you is interested, it's as perfect as new, I've only installed a couple games from AppStore and used safari.
I could go to Lugano and sell it personally, I ask for 450 € , if any of you may be interested contact me.

At the swisscom shop (rive) in the center of geneva, as of today, the waiting list contains 800 people and they receive 20 iphones a day.
