Error 1611 - Usually a problem with the Apple Mobile Device Service. Easiest fix is to completely uninstall iTunes then reinstall iTunes.
Error 1604 - You're attempting to restore a custom firmware and are not in DFU mode.
Error 3194 - You do not have an SHSH locally cached for the version of iOS you are attempting to restore, OR you're not running TinyUmbrella's TSS Server, OR TinyUmbrella cannot find your SHSH file.
Error 28 - Usually a problem with the USB cable, or the dock connector on the iPhone.
Error 40 - Usually a problem with downloaded updates. Delete everything in ~/Library/iTunes/iPhone Software Updates

    hi, thanks for your assistance.
yeah i had found the meanings to the errors on iTunes Errors - The iPhone Wiki
and i had perfomed the fixit guides found all over google.
but still no luck getting it out of recovery.
i read in someone else's post that it might be something wrong with the nand.
i went to a local phone shop and they couldnt get it out of recovery either. i tried to restore it on itunes twice and just handed it back to me. he suggested to go to apple store......lol.
i read how many people had good luck in restoring there iphones i wantd to give it a shot too,

Gotcha. It is possible you have NAND corruption or a bad NAND flash chip, in which case restores would fail, but most repair shops should know how to check for this and at least indicate to you that that is the problem. If you've attempted to address the errors above then unfortunately you're likely correct that the phone is not repairable without replacing the main logic board (including the NAND).
