I have a iPhone 3G 16GB Black phone. It is jailbroken and unlocked for use on any carrier. It is BLOCKED here in Australia but will work anywhere else. The phone is in perfect condition with no scratches.

We don't encourage such swaps on this forum. 99.8% of the time there is a legitimate reason for IMEI blacklisting and it relates to illegal and/or fraudulent activity.

This forum doesn't want to encourage illegal actions. So I suggest you reconsider your intentions to swap a blacklisted phone. This is not a victimless activity as companies simply pass on the impact of fraud as increased prices or longer/more restrictive binding contracts to new customers.
