I have just bought an iphone 3G 2.2, and I have downloaded some apps from Itunes store and want to add those app to my Iphone.
However, when I want to add them by sync the application via the "Application" tab on Itune, the two options on it ("sync all app" & "sync selected app from the list") got "grey-ed" so that I can't select it.
Fyi, this only happen on the "Application" tab, for the other tabs (music, video, etc), I still can do the sync.

What should I do ? And also, if I want to uninstall the existing apps on my Iphone, what should i do ?

PS: my iphone is on the locked status at the moment and I haven't jailbreak it and haven't put any simcard on it.
