Hi, i bought a iphone off ebay that is unlocked with black ra1n and cyndia, the phone functions perfect, but the problem is that when i put in my atnt sims card it doesnt have any reception and it doesnt read any of my contacts on the sims card. in the ebay listing it says "Just updated in iTunes to the latest firmware 3.1.2. " is this why my phone isnt working correctly? and if not what can i do to fix this, also how do i check to see what firmware i currently have on the iphone? thanks for reading, please help.

What does it say under Settings -> General -> About -> Modem firmware?
