I did a win quickpawn so at least I could start using my phone.
That has gone thru ok.

A guy has done the pawnage of 2.2.1 for me and sent me the custom ipsw file. But how do I tell if he got it right.

Is there anyway I can look at the contents and make sure it wont touch my baseband.

Also what are the advantages of upgrading to 2.2.1 very little info out there.

no changes other than safari stuff and stopping you from using a different network...

After lots of reading i came to the conclusion that 2.2 is best for me
