Just thinking if anyone has tried the unlock from these guys? is it working or is it scam?

No offense but as a suggest I wouldn't try anything but iPhone Dev. Team.

To be certain I don't know these guys at the link you've provided but the way that iPhone Dev. Team works is much better than anybody. Also their job is the most used one in the world. The chance that anybody will find a bug is much more possible than ony other program.

Also i would like you to know that so far as I know Apple is downloading PwnageTool whenever a new release comes out. Who knows if Apple guys don't use jailbreak.))

u mean they work in a way, behind their deal with the carriers, so anyone or someone can have it and distribute it? That would do it
