I have a 3G iPhone working in Thailand with Stealth SIM. However, I cannot get the GPS function to work as it supposed to be. Whenever I try to locate myself, it always use cell tower triangulation. When I was in the US, using my 3G normally, the blinking spot shows up and moving as it supposed to be.

Does anyone know the solution for this? I would like to be able to use the GPS funciton here.

GPS will work as long as it can 'see' the satellites and can access Google Maps to show you the area - If you are in an 'open air' locationan and not inside a building and have 3G coverage then your GPS should work no matter what country you are in
