Hi,

i know probably i'm asking something old but i want to update to 3.0 and I need to make a backup.

Don't want to use the itunes backup and i don't need to backup all the cydia apps.

I only need to backup my SMS and restore them on the 3.0 OS (i don't know if exists an app to do this)

And i'd like to save some data of games i have (for example the save data of The Sims3 and other games)
I would like to do it manually with exploring the iphone but i don't know where to finds this datas.)

Hope you can point me to an existing guide.
