Error after updating Iphone 3g from 4.1 to 4.2.1 ?
hello people today i tried to update my iphone 3g from 4.1 to 4.2.1
but after the updating process i got 1005 error...
so i downloaded recboot v1.2 and i started recboot v1.2 with admin rights then i clicked
exit recovery mode...
now my iphone is stucked on apple logo and it reboots and then the apple logo appears again...
:C
can anyone help me?

Restore again, hold home + power buttons until you get into recovery mode, and restore again.
Btw, are you restoring to a custom IPSW?

no i just downloaded the ios 4.2.1 for my 3g from felixburn website..

Are you sure you didn't get a 1015 error?
Publish your restore log (see link in my signature) and we can be sure.
If this is the case, then you can probably use the latest TinyUmbrella to fix this.

yes everytime i get 1005 error then i tied today with recboot v1.3.....
but n othing happanede it reboots and stuck in the apple logo and reboot again....
sry for my bad english

Try this:
- Get in Recovery mode (press both buttons until you get to iTunes+cable)
- Download TinyUmbrella (thefirmwareumbrella.blogspot.com)
- Use TU and click "Kick out of Recovery"
If it doesn't work just by doing that, post here the results.
