And you've tried iREB? Or tried uploading a pwned iBSS via iRecovery then restoring stock IPSW?

Have tried ireb and end up with green screen, try and restore in itunes and same error 21.

Sorry but when you say ' a pwned iBSS via iRecovery then restoring stock IPSW?' I am totally lost. Have downloaded and tried to run I recovery but being a windows user it relies on downloading and installing libusb, have downloaded but am so confused with all the folders which lead to a miriad of other folders.

I've got no solution for you - sorry.

It's likely a hardware problem
