    Ok I showed my phone to a freind and he said its a 2g I was like wtf.is there a way to find if its a 2g or 3g.both look same.


    I know this has to be one of the most stupid question ever.

    back side of the iPhone silver/aluminum = iPhone 2g
    back side black or white = 3G or 3GS

    Today I went to Iphone hardware expert and the guy told me that ph baseband is fucked and changing mother board is only solution.I think this is bullshit.

    I get NO WIFI
    NO Blue Tooth
    NO IMEI
    NO MODEM BASEBAND.

    I 1st want to try fixing ph myself (if solutions are available) if not then ill get the mobo changed.So anyone know of any solution to restore baseband?


    HELP!!!!! PLEASEE

    If it was a 2G you could fix it. Not with a 3G. I think the guy you spoke to is right. Someone has tried software designed for a 2G on it and buggered the BB.

    mate thats heart breaking news for me lol

    Default iphone Error 23

    The solution is quite simple. What you need to do is just restart your iPhone in DFU (Device Firmware Update) mode and then go to phone's backup and restore option. Take a backup of your iPhone's data and then restore it.
    After the successful completion of this entire process, your iPhone is fully repaired of error 23. You can follow the above mentioned steps if same problem persists in the future.
