Erase all content
hey guys, i was transfering photos from my iphone to my computer and i didnt realize that my iphone was syncing and i accidentally unplugged the usb. Now my iphone doesnt recognize my music but its still in the memory. i jailbroke my phone with quickpwn. now my question is if i go into settings and "Erase all content" would everything get deleted ? ie: my videos with cycorder and all the things i downloaded with cydia/installer ? any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I think "Erase all content" will do exactly that. It takes a long time to finish. It might be faster and easier to just do a restore and start fresh. Thats basically what "Erase all content" does but very very slowly.

Erase all content kind of secure deletes all data, taking 1-2 hours. only a good idea if you are selling the iPhone and dont want anyone to recover your data.
a dfu restore would be the best and fastest idea here.

when in dfu mode, restore in iTunes 8 to Apple FW 2.1. Use Quickpwn then to jailbreak, activate, unlock. Once connected to iTunes then for sync, choose the option "setup as a new iPhone", sync after that.

Ok, you are after the stuff that is still sitting on the iPhone? You could install OpenSSH via Cydia (Cydia should be on the iPhone) and then use WinSCP (Windows) or Cyberduck/Fugu (Mac) to SFTP into the iPhone. You could then copy all the "memories" from the iPhone to the PC, restore the iphone and put all back afterwards.

OK, try this one. SFTP into the iPhone with WinSCP or Cyberduck (openSSH has to be installed). Goto
/private/var/mobile/Media
and delete the iTunes folder. Restart the iPhone. The musik is gone by then. I hope this is what you want to get done.
