Default black screen no apple logo during dfu mode

My 3g suddenly goes black screen and cannot power on. I had tried connect to itunes and doing the dfu mode, while the time doing the dfu mode, there is no apple logo appears on the screen however the itunes detected that I'm in the dfu mode.
I had tried to recover to the version of 3.1.3 / 4.0 / 4.1.2 with itunes version 9.2 as well as the latest version 10.5 but all ended up giving me error 1601.

Can anyone guide me the way?
    Thanks a lot.

DFU mode is not actually supposed to show anything on the screen. If you see the 'Connect to iTunes' logo or the Apple logo, you're actually in recovery and not DFU. DFU mode is when the phone is completely black but shows up in iTunes, etc. You can use the same key sequence (power+home/10s/let go of power/hold home) to kick it into recovery from DFU and then can use TinyUmbrella or redsn0w to kick out of Recovery and back into regular mode (so long as you haven't attempted to restore yet)

If you have an iphone with black screen, but when you connect it to pc its recognized by itunes (itunes sais its in recovery mode, and you see restore option) then the iphone is in dfu.
Try to restore to 4.2.1, even better to a custom ipsw. Before restoring put to pwaned dfu with resdn0w.If you cant do it,if you want can do it online for you, just send me a pm
